Ventilation
Energy-efficient timber drying.
A well-balanced ventilation system is a basic requirement.
Circulating air carries moisture in the form of water vapour. The warmer air, the more moisture it can carry.
The more moisture it carries, the lesser the ventilation requirement.
Many dry kilns today work at significantly higher temperatures than they were originally designed for.
This means that their ventilation systems are oversized. Many kilns work at other dimensions than they have been dimensioned for when they were built, and therefore have under-sized ventilation systems.
Especially ventilated air from progressive kilns have a very large energy content that can be recovered in a heat recovery unit.
Ensure that you have full control of the ventilation equipment.
Replace bad flaps, drum systems and actuators. We can count on and deliver correctly-sized ventilation and heat recovery systems.
Do you need to reduce the sound level of your facility? We have affordable silencers.
Maybe it's time to upgrade to an evacuation system with exterior motors?
