The Busck lumber kiln motor is built to withstand extreme environments with high temperatures and aggressive conditions.
The motor is made of cast iron and treated both inside and out to withstand up to 100% humidity and ambient temperatures up to 90°C with IEC power output. Its efficiency is very high, equivalent to IE3 from size 160. The motor is fully enclosed, IP55 rated, without fan or fan cover. Motors are built to insulation class H, with class B temperature rise.
Voltage: 230/400V ±10% up to 3 kW, 400/690V ±10% from 4 kW and up. Other voltages available upon request.
The motor is equipped with SKF C4 bearings. Re-lubrication with drainage at both ends from size 160. High-temperature grease: Mobil Mobilith SHC220 from size 160.
FL flanges on the terminal box from size 160. Stainless steel nameplate ensures readability.
Motor color: black RAL 9005. 180°C thermistors in the windings.
