We use high-quality nozzles from Spraying Systems.

Common sizes are 3, 4, and 6, indicating flow rate.
The most used model is B1/4M, with external BSPT ¼” thread.

A filter screen can be mounted inside the nozzle and is highly recommended. The nozzle should produce a fine mist cone of small water particles. If water reaches the floor, the nozzle size is too large or the air has reached saturation at the current temperature.

We also supply Fogjet crowns with 7 nozzles each.

Sieves for nozzles are much cheaper than the nozzles themselves and significantly reduce the risk of clogging.
