Special Package Feeder (SPF)

This transport solution moves one cart at a time outside a channel kiln.

There is usually one unit before and one after the kiln.
It supports the SPF system by ensuring there is always a cart at the intake side and an empty space directly after the kiln. This ensures continuous operation and efficient kiln performance.

We supply many components for this system, such as couplers, axles, washers, sliding materials, sensors, etc.
Our orange-painted couplers come in two variants.
The flags on the sides are mounted depending on whether they are used before or after the kiln.

The flag position is purely a mounting detail and can be easily changed on-site.
