Ratchet Strap

We deliver Ratchet Straps in any length. Typically, the strap has a sewn loop at one end to fasten at the top against the Collapse Guard on an E-wagon.

The strap has a breaking strength of 4 tons and is 50 mm wide. The Ratchet Tensioner is made of stainless steel, usually with a shorter strap featuring a loop at the other end. This tensioner is rated for 3 tons.

We always recommend using Ratchet Straps in chamber kilns when the packages are somewhat unstable and pressure frames are missing.
