Heating Coils

We prefer to manufacture smooth tube coils in stainless steel with aluminium fins, which we call SS/AL smooth tube coils. We stock smooth tubes for small quantities of SS/AL coils. Upon request, we can also produce coils in carbon steel with aluminium fins, referred to as Steel/AL smooth tube coils.

For heat recovery, we offer stainless steel coils with copper fins—called SS/CU smooth tube coils. These are only used for heat recovery due to their higher cost. Aluminium fins dissolve quickly in heat recovery applications, while copper fins withstand the conditions.

All types of smooth tube coils are painted externally, except for the fins.
Steel/AL coils receive extensive surface treatment to prevent rust.
SS/AL coils are painted to insulate the stainless steel and prevent galvanic corrosion.
Grounding the coil is optional but adds extra safety.
SS/CU coils are painted for the same reasons as SS/AL.
We use low-molecular epoxy paint rated for 150°C.
The coils are brush-painted to achieve a uniform layer, which is not possible with spray painting for this type of product.

We manufacture smooth tube coils ourselves at our workshop in Kungsör.
