Motorized Ball Valves

After the steaming unit, at least two motorized ball valves are controlled by the system.

Ball valves are preferred over solenoid valves due to smoother operation and less abrupt flow changes. This extends the life of the plate heat exchanger.

The ball valves we use withstand steaming water temperatures up to 70°C, and can be upgraded to handle 135°C with a conversion kit.
